Platform access

Users and businesses are expected to provide accurate registration details and use the platform in a lawful and non-deceptive manner.

Administrative and CEO-level access should remain restricted to authorized internal personnel only.

Section 2

Business content

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, media, claims, contact details, and public content published on the platform.

YardNex may remove or restrict content that is misleading, abusive, illegal, or harmful to platform trust and user safety.

Section 3

Subscriptions and availability

New business accounts begin with a 30-day full Pro trial, after which access falls back unless a paid subscription is activated.

Expired or inactive subscriptions lose paid feature access immediately, and account data may be permanently removed after a further 30-day retention window if no plan is resumed.

Limitation and updates

YardNex may update the product, features, pricing, or operational rules over time. These placeholder terms should evolve into your final legal framework as the platform matures.
