How subscriptions, cancellations, and refund requests are expected to work.

This is a placeholder refund policy for the current YardNex build. Final payment and refund terms should be reviewed alongside the live Lunipay integration.

Section 1

Trial period

New business accounts receive 30 days of full Pro access so they can evaluate the complete product before a paid subscription becomes necessary.

If a paid plan is not activated after the trial or later expires, YardNex keeps the business data for 30 additional days before permanently removing the inactive account and uploaded media.

Section 2

Subscription payments

Once a paid subscription starts, charges are expected to follow the active plan selected by the business. Payment processing terms should be aligned with your final Lunipay implementation.

Refund requests

Refunds, if offered, should be handled on a case-by-case basis and documented clearly in your production legal copy.

At minimum, this page should explain whether partial refunds, same-day reversals, or billing corrections are available.
