Information we collect
YardNex may collect account details, profile information, business listing content, support submissions, analytics events, and authentication data required to operate the platform.
Business owners may also provide media, contact details, social links, and subscription-related information when building out their public presence.
How information is used
The platform uses collected information to create accounts, display business profiles, improve discovery, respond to support requests, and maintain product security.
Operational analytics may be used to understand profile traffic, engagement patterns, and platform usage.
Storage and retention
YardNex uses Supabase for authentication, business data, and media storage. New business accounts receive a 30-day full Pro trial, after which paid feature access ends unless a subscription is activated.
If a business remains inactive for 30 days after trial or paid-plan expiry, YardNex permanently removes the account, profile, uploaded media, and related business data from the active platform databases.
